If you still have trouble tracking your order, send an email to our support team including your order code. It will be something like #1234 and we need it to help you track your package.
I haven't received my tracking code yet
The tracking code will be sent to your email within 7 business days and can be tracked in real time from shipping to delivery.
I can't track my purchase
The information in the tracking code may take between 1 to 5 business days after the tracking code information is entered into the system.
